
About Me
At age 15 I joined a gym and from then on fitness has been part of my lifestyle. Spending any free time out-with my 9 - 5 job in the gym prompted me to have a career change. Â As a Personal Trainer, my goal has always been to share my enthusiasm and love for all things fitness. Helping clients enjoy exercise is my main goal. Â Once you enjoy it you find ways to fit it in to your life, not find excuses to skip it.

Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness classes are back up and running with extra sanitisation procedures in place.
Most of my classes can also be joined via Zoom should that option work better for you.
Personal Training
Personal Training sessions are back face to face. Â
This can also be done via Zoom should this be more suitable for you.
Personalised Gym/Home Plan
Are you looking for some direction with your workouts at home or in the gym? Â I can design a plan tailored to you personal goals and likes/dislikes.

Personal Training & Group Fitness
I offer a wide range of group fitness classes including Insanity, Kettlebells, Bootcamps, Studio Cycling, Boxing and PiYo (Pilates & Yoga based workout).

Brazilian JiuJitsu
Outside of work I train and compete in Brazilian JiuJitsu. Â I train out of The Griphouse in Glasgow and have done since 2015.
Prior to focusing on BJJÂ I trained in Muay Thai, Kickboxing and briefly Taekwondo.Â
I compete as often as possible and have gained experience and won medals on the mats all over Europe and the UK.
I am currently a Purple Belt and can do private sessions should you be interested in learning BJJ.
