
About Me
At age 15 I joined a gym and from then on fitness has been part of my lifestyle. Spending any free time out-with my 9 - 5 job in the gym prompted me to have a career change. Â As a Personal Trainer, my goal has always been to share my enthusiasm and love for all things fitness. Helping clients enjoy exercise is my main goal. Â Once you enjoy it you find ways to fit it in to your life, not find excuses to skip it.

Personal Training sessions classes help people at all stages of their fitness journey. Whether you are starting out looking to learn technique and build confidence, or working towards a particular sporting event. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals. I offer a wide range of group fitness classes including Insanity, Kettlebells, Bootcamps, Studio Cycling, Boxing and PiYo (Pilates & Yoga based workout).

Brazilian JiuJitsu
Outside of work I train and compete in Brazilian JiuJitsu out of The Griphouse in Glasgow since 2015.
Prior to focusing on BJJ I trained in Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Taekwondo.
I compete as often as possible and have gained experience and medalled on the mats all over Europe and the UK.
I am currently a Brown and take private sessions and run group sessions in Sports Darvel.

My other pastime is getting the miles in on my motorcycles when the Scottish weather allows!
